For the first time in Altay - Campus Match of the Algorithm Invitational is held within ImagineCup program.
Barnaul Match is supported by Microsoft and Enterra Inc. and is held in the form of a game called Herbert. Herbert requires you to solve a number of levels by writing small programs to control a robot. The simpler and more elegant your solution, the more points you get. Herbert challenges your ability to see patterns and create algorithms to produce these patterns.
Barnaul students can prove them in complex algorithm tasks solving and compare their results with foreign students.
The winner of Barnaul will get the main prize - the yearly name grant from Enterra Inc! Two more students with high class results will get their encouraging prizes.
