June 21-23 in Moscow at IEC "Crocus Expo" was held the international exhibition of IT for the corporate market Interop Moscow 2006.
The Interop exhibition has become the major venue for vendors and customers of high technologies worldwide, and has been promoting growth and development of IT industry for already two decades. Having set up in the Silicone Valley in the US, this exhibition is annually held in the US, Japan and France. In 2006 the Interop has been held in Russia first time. The organizers considered affording the opportunity for both the international and Russian IT business societies to present their solutions, products and services to the Russian business market as the main goal of Interop Moscow 2006.
In the exhibit hall occupying 4 720 m2., more than 100 leading Russian and foreign companies, involved in IT industry, were displayed, among those are Microsoft, AMD, IBM, Enterra, inCOMa, SCO, Fluke Networks, Formoza, SmartLine, Stins Coman, FrontRange Solutions, IBA, I-Teco, Symantec, Netwell, Softline and many others.
It is also important, that Interop Moscow 2006 being one of the events among the whole family of exhibitions held annually worldwide, promotes active integration of Russian IT market into the global IT industry.
Within the framework of the exhibition the Interop Congress was held, which embraced conferences, dedicated to the main lines of the exhibition. All areas of up-to-date IT industry, from ERP and information security to wireless and mobility, VoIP and Open Source, which altogether represent the overall picture of what technological solutions Enterra presents.
